DAY 3 - I Want A Donut

It's probably because I 'can't' have one but man I REALLY want a chocolate glazed donut.

Just look at them!  T_T



Okay okay, back to business.

Breakfast:  Same as yesterday
- kale and banana smoothie with a splash of apple juice for sanity
- hard boiled egg
- cup of coffee

Snack:
- glazed walnuts (hey! at least it wasn't a glazed donut - baby steps)
------------------------------------
Lunch:  I hate salad
- Panera Bread - Chopped Chicken Cobb with Avocado
- side apple
- hazelnut coffee with a dash of cream and full blown sugar (I was having a bad day)

Snack:
- 1 nectarine

Dinner:
- steamed halibut
- steamed cauliflower
- scrambled eggs with spinach

Exercise:

My left foot is still bothering me but is getting much better.  I spent an hour pulling weeds and loosening soil in my back yard right after work using one of these badassnesses from Home Depot.  Nothing like some manual labor to break a sweat.
