DAY 4 & 5 - DONNUTTTTTT

DAY 4 - ROUTINE

Breakfast:
- Hard boiled egg
- Nectarine
- Cup of coffee

Lunch:
- Chipotle:  Chicken Salad Bowl (lettuce, fajita veggies, chicken, hot sauce)
- Starbucks:  Grande Vanilla Latte

Dinner:

- Chicken Plate (I didn't eat the beans, rice, nor the tortilla, much to my dismay)

Exercise:



I went to go check out a near-by 24-Hour Fitness next to my house and it was quite small, packed, and not luck the 24-Hour Fitness Sport I'm use to.  I put in about 45 minutes before deciding to leave.

- 30 minutes (light) on elliptical
- 3 sets of 25 reps of crunches
- 3 sets of 10 reps of wide arm push-ups
- And some work on my back on some machines (I will try to note the name of the machines next time)

DAY 5 - CRAVINGS

Breakfast:
- Nectarine
- Cup of coffee
- Almonds

Lunch:
- Chipotle:  Chicken Salad Bowl (lettuce, fajita veggies, chicken, hot sauce)
- Starbucks:  Grande Vanilla Latte

Dinner:
- The inside of a few mini steak, chicken, and fish soft tacos - minus the tortilla

I really want a donut.  The craving is consuming my conscience and is really annoying.  But I will not cheat.  I will not cheat.

I. Will. Not. CHEAT.
