DAY 6: Errands
I spent the whole day running errands with my boyfriend for the house, for ourselves, and for our friends so we only had time for a quick lunch at Tapioca Express.
- Sweet potato fries
- Crispy chicken (medium) - with a bit of ranch
And for dinner:
- Chicken breast (with assorted herbs)
- Steamed cauliflower
DAY 7 - Leftovers
You guessed it, I had leftovers all day :) - not to mention the runs :(
DAY 8 - Back to the Grind
Dinner:
I had no time, was lazy, and tired so I threw whatever I had in the fridge into a pot. I added some spices and ta-da! Dinner!
- Ground turkey
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Onions

As for how my body is reacting to this no grain deal...it hates it. I've been having stomach issues starting about DAY 4 and they haven't really gone away or subsided.
